تطوير تقنيه علاجيه جديده للعقم فى المستشفى الاسلامى


قام الدكتور ياسر خليفه ( مستشار أول اطفال الانابيب وجراحة المنظار النسائيه- رئيس قسم التوليد في  المستشفى الأسلامي ) بتطوير تقنيه علاجيه  جديده للعقم قد يغنى فى بعض الحالات من اللجوء المبكر لعلاج اطفال الانابيب .

فكثيرا مانسمع عن بعض الأزواج بلجوئهم لعلاج أطفال الانابيب لانجاب أول طفل ومن ثم تحمل الزوجه  طبيعيا بدون اللجوء لأى علاج مساعد للحمل , هذا بالاضافه الى ان هذه التقنيه الجديده تفيد الأزواج اللذين لايعانون من مشكلة فى الانجاب انما يرغبون بتحديد جنس المولود .

  وتتلخص هذه التقنيه الجديده بحقن السائل المنوى للزوج بعد تحضيره وتنشيطه واجراء فصل  الحيوانات المنويه الذكريه من الأنثويه التى تصل الى 75% من الحالات والتى تجرى فى المستشفى الاسلامى حسب المعيير الشرعيه بواسطة منظار داخل الرحم , حيث تتم قسطرة قناة فالوب التى ستستقبل البويضات من المبيض المنشط ومن ثم حقنها بالسائل المنوى المحضر , وتتم عملية الحقن قبيل نزول البويضات من المبيض بحيث يكون تركيز السائل المنوى فى قناة  فالوب عالى جدا , ويتم تلقيح البويضات طبيعيا كما هو الحال فى الحمل الطبيعى , هذه التقنيه شبيه من حيث المبدأ باجراء علاج أطفال الأنابيب والمعروف ب (GIFT )  حيث يتم تجميع البويضات بالطريقه التقليديه عن طريق المهبل بواسطة جهاز الألتراساوند (US ) ومن ثم اجراء منظار للبطن تحت التخدير العام وارجاع ثلاث بويضات غير ملقحه ممزوجه بالسائل المنوى للزوج داخل قناة فالوب .

 أما فى هذه الطريقه الجديده والتى سميت ب (SFTI) لا داعى لأعطاء الأدويه المنشطه للمبيض بنفس الكميه التى تعطى لعلاج اطفال الأنابيب  كما انها تعتمد على الفسيولوجيا الطبيعيه للأباضه والتقاط البويضه بواسطة قناة فالوب اما بالنسبه للكلفه فهى لاتتعدى ربع كلفة تقنية أطفال الأنابيب حاليا.
