EXPERIENCE;
1. 2008- 2013 ( likely to continue 2014)
It is the best job I have ever done in my life
time . African system of education differs from Asian countries.
Here a medical graduate is trained to do everything and I got
good adaptation within short time. I can manage trauma,
accidents , OBS/Gynae emergency, paediatrics , orthopaedics,
general medical cases and anaesthesia . I was an experienced
person but i had to cope up with needs and demand of work in a
district hospital.
The most wonderful experience was to learn and
contribute in the management of HIV-AIDS cases. in fact i knew
nothing about it but now the patients of HIV are spot diagnisis
to me.
2. 1997-2008
Teaching experience in anatomy and Embriology 5
yrs . My subject of interest is Embryology.
3. 1092-1997
Papua new guinea. it was another great
experience to work in western province , fly river , kiunga
hospital PNG. i was there for 4 years . First 2 years I worked
honorary consultant in kiunga hospital and machinery hospital .
Did lots of surgery with a Tanzanian doctor , paua new guinean
and Australian doctors. we used to discuss cases and megistanage
them together.
I was given medical registration without job by
Papua New Guinean medical council to by recommendation of a
machinery clinic chief who used to discuss cases and we did work
together. after 2 years I was given UNV job .
As a UNV I was in charge of maternity unit ,
family planning clinic. Hiv-Aids and TB clinic.
I did button hole laprotomy and single stitch
vasectomies, hernia and hydrocele operations, appendesectomy,
ovariotomy .
Gained lots of work experience in Public
health. performed vacuum and forceps deliveries to minimise
caesarian sections. wonderful gain in operational skills .
5.1991-1992
returned to Bangladesh and started practice and
teaching jobs.
6. 1981- 1990
Medical officer Government of Iran 10 yrs
I t was time of war in Iran and shortage of
doctors. i had to work 18 hrs a day to cope up with the work .
Emergency, casualty, maternity any hospital needed my services i
went and worked as I was well trained and enthusiastic to work
for a war torn country . Iran Iraq war started and I had to work
day and night to support the other doctors .
working in Iran for ten years made me a perfect
physician and an emergency doctor . There is nothing which I did
not do in medical field and became jack of all. till today i can
work like an intern , the experience I gained . it seems
unbelievable for me that how could i work so long and non-stop.
may be it was demand of the time and my need to be occupied.
i can state proudly if i wouldn't have worked so
hard I would not have survived so many decays in medical field.
7. 1977-1981
In India from 1977 to 1981 I worked with me
well known professors of Gynae/ OBS and gained very good
experience in this subject. They trained me well and appreciated
