170 beds, public teaching hospital for cancer patients and treatment
of all their general diseases during cancer therapy. Pediatric unit
is of 30 in patient beds and 4 beds emergency and 4 day case. 6 beds
PICU, with full coverage of all pediatric subspecialties. We do
perform around 400 operation per year including all solid tumor
surgery and central lines operations in addition to surgical
management of general pediatric emergencies. Thoracoscopic and
laparoscopic surgery is a part of my practice at KHCC.
