King Abdullah University hospital is the teaching hospital affiliated to the Jordan University of Science & Technology. The full capacity of the hospital is 680 beds and covers the northern of Jordan . It is a university hospital and also considered as the referral center for the north pat of Jordan . The neurosurgical unit is a very active unit covering around I million population since it is the only well equipped unit for the north. Also it is a referral unit for other countries. The unit is equipped with up to date instrument intraoperatively and served by radiology department with the possibility of interventional radiology, MRI and CT scans operating 24 hours/day 7 days a week.
