2008-TILL 2014 I have completed neurosurgery residency program at Jordan university hospital .
Higher specialization in Neurosurgery certificate with an average(3 out of 4) rating very good) the first year of residency was in general surgery department, the remaining five years was in Neurosurgery ,during which I was trained to do lumber puncture,ventricular tap,craniotomy,extradural hematoma evacuation,subdural hematoma evacuation(craniotomy vs burrhole) ,evacation of hematoma in posterior fossa(extradural vs subdural),techniques of depressed skull fracture elevation and repair,ICP monitor insertion,decompressive craniectomy,carpal tunnel release,lumbar discectomy(including cauda
equine syndrome),lumbar fusion, lumbar canal stenosis decompression,cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF),meningomyelocele and meningocele repair,insertion of external ventricular drain , insertion of lumbar drain , V-P shunt insertion and repair , thecoperitoneal shunt insertion and repair, principles of brain tumor excision,transnasaltransphenoidal surgeries,syringomylia and Chiari malformation surgeries , suturectomy in craniosynostosis,encephalocele surgeries, insertion of vagal nerve stimulator,techniques of spinal tumors excision.
2007-2008 Internship for one year divided as : two months in ER department ,three months in internal medicine department, ,three months in general surgery department, two months in pediatric department, and two months in gyne-obstetric department.
2001-2007 M.B.B.S . DEGREE IN MEDICINE AND SURGERY., earned from the Faculty of medicine at Jordan University with an average of (2.78 out of 4) rating : ( good) Amman, Jordan.
2000-2001 General Certificate Secondary education Exam (Tawjihi),
Scientific Stream. Earned At Al-Madina school . Dammam, Saudi Arabia, Average (95.29%)

Windows Applications: I have very good experience in the following applications MS WORD , MS EXCEL and POWER POINT .

1- Certificate in drilling techniques TWICE (cranial and spinal) 2010 and 2012. 2- Microsurgical course in 2010 (using microscope). 3- certificate of attendance of basic life support (twice)
Future plan : To Proceed in sub- specialty in Neurosurgery and fellowship and learn more operations .
