Dr. Badran, is a board certified gynecologist and a graduate of the OB/GYN residency program at the University of Minnesota in 1994 .Upon graduation, he was the recipient of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists Award of Excellence in Endoscopy in recognition of his outstanding skills in laparoscopy. Dr.Badran went on to have fellowship training in advanced laparoscopic pelvic surgery/Urogynecology in Tennessee.

His mentor, Dr.C.Y.Liu, is a world renowned laparoscopic pelvic surgeon who pioneered many laparoscopic pelvic reconstructive procedures.

Dr.Badran served as the chairman of the OB/GYN Department at Interfaith Medical Center in New York city from 2001 till 2004.

Currently, Dr.Badran is in private practice in Amman, Jordan.
