Glory Products were introduced to the marketplace over two decades
ago. We’re proud to say that Glory Dead Sea Products are
the only line of Dead Sea products developed by
dermatologists, based on medical and therapeutic research in the use
of the Dead Sea salts and minerals.
An esteemed group of doctors, specializing in various fields of
medicine, thoroughly believed that the Dead Sea possessed
extraordinary healing powers due to its high content of salts,
minerals and the nutrients contained within. Its water contains more
than 35 different types of minerals that are essential for the
health and care of the body skin including Magnesium, Calcium,
Potassium, Bromine, Sulfur, and Iodine. Dr. Jamal Dabbas, Dr. Omar
Omran and his group were studying dermatology and internal medicine
in the United State at John Hopkins University in the 1980s. They
focused their research and honed in on the medical benefits of the
Dead Sea as being the most potent natural skin treatment for
multiple skin diseases. When Dr. Dabbas returned to Jordan, his
research continued at three of Jordan’s most prestigious Medical
Centers; King Hussein Hospital, Jordan University Hospital and The
Royal Medical Services Institution & Ministry of Health.
Because the research and results were so promising, Dr. Dabbas
obtained the rights to harvest Dead Sea Salts and Minerals and
created Glory Dead Sea Products. He also understood
that these same nutrients used to heal medical conditions could also
be used in cosmetics for tightening, purifying and smoothing the
skin.This was the beginning of Glory Dead Sea Products introduced
into the herbal cosmetic industry. Today, Dr. Dabbas continues to
practice medicine, using the Glory Dead Sea Products. In
addition, he teaches at Jordan University Hospital, and lectures
worldwide about the healing and therapeutic benefits of the Dead
Sea. He has spoken in Istanbul, Paris, Madrid and will speaking in
Australia during of 2009.
