• In addition Running Comprehensive Obstetric and Gynecology Clinic involving High Risk Pregnancy Clinic.
• Fetal Medicine Clinic, Reproductive and Infertility Clinic, Peri and Post Menopausal Clinic and will being women Clinic.

I also supervise the Gynae and Obstetric Specialist during their course of management either for our local doctors or for the attached doctor to our hospital from outside.

• Chairman of the Scientific Committee which conducting a continued Medical Education Program on daily basis Four day/week.
• Director of Medical Affairs since 1992, supervise and maintain standard medical practice and control medical quality via establishing a total quality management (TQM) for the last 3 years and running multi-committees like Morbidity and Mortility, Infection Control, Medical Records, Surgery Committee and Medical Audit Committee.
• Also I am responsible and assigned as the Medical Legal Adviser representing the hospital and doctors infront of Ministry of Health.

• Recruited to the hospital to establish and manage a newly established department (IVF) and to be responsible for treatment of various patients and running the day-to-day operations of the department.

• In addition to running a private clinic that provides services for gynecological and obstetrics patients and infertility consultation, diagnosis, and treatment; acted as a consultant for the hospital in providing these services to patients.
• Assistant professor, Department of  Obstetrics and Gynecology, School of Medicine , University of Jordan , Amman (November 1983 – September 1988).
• In addition to teaching responsibilities to graduate and undergraduate students and supervising their research activities. Acted as a consultant for the University Hospital supervising 2 -3 M. Ds in diagnosing difficult cases in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology, additionally I was responsible for treating and evaluating my own patient.
• Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, Al-Bashir Hospital, Ministry of Health, Amman – Jordan, (December 1982 – November 1983).
