Internship and Residency:

 

Internship at ministry of health, Princess Basmah Hospital, 2009- 2010: My internship included 3 months in pediatrics, 3 months in obstetric and gynecology, 3 months in medicine and 3 months in General surgery.

Residency at King Abdullah University Hospital (KAUH), July 2011- June 2015:A tertiary hospital that does deal with referred cases from other hospitals as well as regular patient seeking medical help.

Residency program at KAUH included working at neonatal and pediatrics intensive care units included managing critically ill patients and performing procedures such as intubation, chest tube insertion, central line insertion and dealing with different ventilators. It also included working in oncology center at our hospital and bone marrow transplant unit.

Participating in teaching fourth and sixth year medical student in pediatric rotations during teaching rounds and morning reports and seminars.
